Spotlight is a software and marketing platform designed to help real estate professionals win and market listings.
1. Monthly Subscription: Your monthly subscription is $199.
Your first payment is due today. Thereafter, your $199 membership fee will be billed automatically each month until cancellation. The monthly membership covers ongoing service, support, and vendor MLS fees necessary to maintain your account.
2. Listing Fees: The fee to launch a property through Spotlight is $750 per listing, which includes Spotlight features for that listing, including listing presentations, automated digital and print marketing assets, digital ad management, seller reporting, sequenced marketing through each stage of the listing lifecycle, 150 Neighbor Notes mailed to neighboring homeowners, and 10,000 digital advertising impressions on Instagram. You will set your preferred launch settings within the platform before any per-listing charges occur.
3. Cancellation: This is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term commitment. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect five business days after notice is received.
4. Results Disclaimer: You acknowledge that Spotlight is a software and marketing platform designed to help you win and market listings, communicate value to sellers, and generate business opportunities. Results vary based on the property, market, list price, consumer response, agent activity, and other factors. No specific number of listings won, leads, transactions, offers, or return on investment is guaranteed.
5. Payment Authorization: By checking the authorization box below, you authorize Celebrity Agent to charge your payment method for the $199 due today and the recurring $199 monthly membership fee. Per-listing charges and optional marketing purchases will be charged according to the separate authorizations and settings you approve within the Spotlight platform. All charges are non-refundable once incurred.
6. Signing Declaration: By checking the authorization box below, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement and agree to the recurring monthly subscription, non-refundable payment terms, cancellation terms, and payment authorization described above.
7. Changes to These Terms: We may update pricing or terms with at least 30 days' notice by email. Continuing your membership after that notice constitutes acceptance.
